Christmas Eve

It is Christmas Eve, I woke up to frost and went out to have my haircut. The goose is now being cooked and the kids are quiet with tiredness but not too tired to sleep, yet. Gifts are wrapped and ready for the tree and stockings. I need to tidy the house up again. It is surprising how much mess and dirt accumulates within hours of cleaning, particularly with a dog that is shedding and two young kids running riot. A neat freak I am not but I do like it tidy and not stumbling on toys every second.

Christmas Day is upon us all and for those that celebrate it it is an exciting time of the year. I hope everyone celebrates it with their nearest and dearest and not spent alone as it can be a sad time for some.

MERRY CHRISTMAS.
